Sole Representatives As A Proxy Or Agent
A sole representative must be delegated full authority to make decisions and run the overseas establishment without the assistance of the parent branch. He or she should be fully dedicated in establishing a commercial presence of its parent company in the United Kingdom. It should be noted that a sole representative should not take a secondary employment or work on behalf or in interest of any other company apart from the parent company.
